The Kole Crook Fiddle Association hosted its second annual Ft. Simpson Fiddle Jamboree in that community the weekend of January 18-20, 2008. No less than six qualified fiddle instructors came from both sides of the continent to share their teaching (and playing) expertise with upwards of 60 fiddle students from the Deh Cho region. This was the KCFA's biggest fiddle-related get-together ever!
Our instructors this year were Helen Edgar, Gord Stobbe, Linda Duford, Andrea Bettger, Jaime RT and Trish Clair-Peck. For details and more photos, watch this space!
